I noticed that the most recent folder name mentioned in the .BAT file was "Quickbooks 2014".  I replaced that with "Quickbooks 2015", since that's the version I had.  Running that .bat My past experience with Vista on this system (also an HP system) showed me that if I had system drivers that were not the latest 64 bit versions, odd things happened.
